Photographs or videos are taken and processed exclusively on the basis of consent. In the case of minors, such consent is given by the parent or legal guardian. Consent is independent of any contractual arrangements with organisations that have requested the service.
Visual material is not shared with third parties and is not made public unless explicit and separate consent has been granted for this purpose.

- visual material: for as long as necessary for the agreed purpose or for as long as valid consent exists.

Natural persons whose personal data are processed have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent, where applicable.
